After earning her degree in Political Science, Erica quickly realized that her knack for diplomacy was better suited for client-facing interactions rather than governmental roles. Serendipitously, she found her passion in the world of event production. With over 20 years of experience, Erica is a seasoned and sought-after event producer. Her impressive roster of satisfied and long-term clients across the country is evidence of the caliber of her work.
Erica's successes can be attributed to her belief that extraordinary events are born from collaborative efforts, not solitary endeavors. With a gift for uniting exceptional humans, she founded Groundwork Events—a dynamic event production company fueled by a team of enthusiastic professionals who share a genuine passion to create cool shit, together.
